ENERGIES OF 2026

There’s a lot swirling around this year already — and we’re only 2 weeks in! My galactic guides shared some energies that feel supportive and helpful as we move through 2026: Dynamism, Personal Momentum, and Vastness that can be Contained. While distinct, these energies work together. Let’s dive in a bit deeper so that we can allow this year to be graceful and filled with love.

Dynamism means that reality — both personal and collective — is becoming more responsive. Movement is key. Action itself is generative, and decisions can ripple through our lives more quickly than before. Because of that, we don’t need a perfectly clear plan or end game before beginning something. This year, it’s often the act of moving that allows the next step to reveal itself.

With all this movement, it’s natural to experience more confusion, anxiety, and even fear. When things are shifting quickly, it can feel unsettling — especially if we try to hold on too tightly or wait for certainty before moving.

This is where conscious choice, resonance, and dreaming BIG come in to play. They help orient us within the movement instead of being swept up by it. When we choose deliberately, move in ways that feel true, and allow ourselves to imagine beyond old limits, dynamism becomes creative rather than overwhelming.

Dynamism asks us not to brace, but to participate.

Another strong energy this year is Personal Momentum. I think of this as the feeling of the wind at your back. You don’t have to fight for what’s truly in alignment for you. When something is meant to move, momentum can build naturally once you’re in motion.

If things feel stuck, it may not mean you’re blocked. It may simply be time to shift gears, take a different action, or try a new direction. When momentum is with you, you know you’re on the right path.

And lastly, we have the energy of Vastness that can be Contained. Our perceptual bandwidth is widening, and we’re becoming more and more capable of holding it within ourselves.

We’re in a time of massive expansion of consciousness. A new world is emerging. Our understanding of what reality actually is — what’s possible, what’s available, what we can create — is widening. And instead of that vastness of possibility feeling overwhelming or abstract, we’re increasingly able to bring it into ourselves, anchor it, and work with it in real ways.

That’s where new realities — personal and collective — begin to take form.

This year is inviting movement, momentum, and the ability to hold a bigger sense of what’s possible. I’m on board with that!

SPRING EQUINOX, THE FIRST FIRE. Friday, March 20th from 12 PM to 4 PM. The Spring Equinox arrives at 7:46am. Grandfather Sun will be shining upon the equator bringing in the day of almost equal light and darkness. We will gather to celebrate the Sun and give thanks to the Moon. We will light the first fire together, offering to it the seven prayers and traditional blessings. We will be resonating in the new moon energy from the day before, as we step from the North of Rebirth to the East of Birth. GREEN TARA PUJA. Saturday, April 25th from 12pm to 4pm. “Om Tara Tuttare Ture Soha” this is the mantra of Green Tara, a revered feminine Buddha, known as “The Mother of all Buddha’s.” Meaning: Liberation from suffering, fear and illness, awakening compassion for all sentient beings, removing inner and outer obstacles for spiritual enlightenment. THE FREQUENCY OF JOY

A few weeks ago, I was awake in the middle of the night when something one of my amazing mentors, Lazaris, said floated back into my awareness: “Joy is the healer”. And you can feel that can’t you? When joy hits, there’s an unmistakable sense of relief, expansion, restoration. Joy heals simply by being present.

As I was lying there with that thought, another question arose: Can you cultivate and work with the energy of joy when you’re not in a state of joy?

Why, yes you can.

You can allow the resonance of joy — the powerful frequency of joy — to lift you, shift you, and change you from the inside out.
