ARE YOU A HELPER?

Perhaps one of your purposes for this incarnation is to help anchor the light frequencies during this great shift, to bring healing, to be a helper.

Keeping your frequency high, attending to it daily with intention makes you an anchor for the light, and can have a positive impact in our world.

By choosing to anchor the light, by keeping your frequencies and vibrations high, you are helping to bring more grace, compassion, dignity, and ease to these tumultuous times.

From personal experience, I know how hard it can be to pay attention to and adjust your frequency, especially when you’ve tuned into the news or social media.

So many things are going on both globally and in our own country that anger me and rip at my heart. I can easily release my hold on my frequency and let myself plummet into fear, despair, sadness, and rage.

That’s why I’m writing now. I’ve been busy feeling and releasing rage for the last while. That is one method to regain my higher frequency.

When I stuff my rage, it quickly turns into despair. Then I want to quit. When I choose to stay in those lower vibrations, I am consciously or unconsciously feeding the very thing I say I don’t want! Asking for help here can be freeing.

Since I don’t want to support or feed the hate in this world, I call on my courage to face my anger, fears, and other emotions. I will feel them with everything I’ve got to the biggest I can make them.

Then I let them go. If you stay with it, this technique doesn’t have to take long. It can happen in seconds or minutes. Remember to then give your limited or painful emotions to the earth, the Divine, or transmute to lavender so you don’t pick it up again.

Then you can fill yourself with the light of hope, Spirit, and the Divine by any name you use to call on the more that is.

In the more that is, I have aligned with my purpose by grounding and centering this light frequency.

The more we anchor these frequencies, align with our purpose to bring healing, the more graceful all that is unlike love, can exit stage left. We help our world in this way.

Everyday I will do my best to help all that hurts my heart and head so I can heal. I will do my best with this to help All That Is heal and help All you beautiful beings of light remember and act on your purpose to heal.

Blessing and love to All. No matter what frequency you carry at any time, there is no judgment. This shit can be hard! You get to choose what frequency you have. And you can change it whenever you want.

If this resonates, it’s just a reminder, a gentle poke to say, “Hey friend, please remember, you’re needed over here. Your light, love, and grace are worthy, honored, respected, appreciated, and needed more than words can express.”

Remember, gratitude is a key to miracles. The more you feel it, the more you’ll have reason to feel it. Let’s create and allow more miracles, shall we?

PACHAMAMA CEREMONY. Friday, August 1st from 12 PM to 5 PM. We will be gathering to honor our Earth Mother and the Mountain Spirits. I am asking all those who attend to bring your Mesa or Earth bundles since we will be opening them together at this ceremony before we create a sacred Despacho. The mouth of the earth will also be created as we feed her the traditional Andean offerings. FULL MOON CELEBRATION. Saturday, August 9th from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Great Grandmother cauldron calls to us on this day to celebrate the fullness of our Grandmother Moon. This is the Corn in Tassel Moon, reminding us of the unseen and unknown abundance that is waiting for us. We will be creating a sacred potion, embracing our full moon journals as we place our first prayer within them and celebrating self mastery. The Lion’s Gate opens on August 8th and closes on the 12th, so just a sweet reminder this ceremony falls within this astrological alignment. Spiritual Guide: Rebecca Cutehands.
