I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2005, a registered nurse since 2016, and I recently graduated acupuncture school in 2023. Currently I am studying Myopractics, which is a wholistic approach to structural realignment developed by osteopathy. I have also studied the body’s subtle energy systems including chakra balancing and reiki. I am available for individualized bodywork sessions, available by appointment. Celebrating our 19th Anniversary
Wow, how time flies when you’re spreading healing and joy! And how we have grown to have members in nearly a dozen states, including Canada. Our outreach has worked with people on every continent and continues growing. To say we are delighted would be a vast understatement.
We haven’t forgotten how we got here! Through your love and the love and dedication of our members, we have navigated the uncertain waters of our exciting journeys together.
From a stationary building with a gallery, lending library, conference room, healing rooms, and yoga studio to Magic Mixers via Zoom, YouTube videos, and Social Media posts. Who could have ever guessed?
Our Non-Profit MsHec3~Mountain Spirit Healing and Educational Center gave over 200 scholarships for healing and educational work last year alone. Thanks to our generous donors and benefactors.
Thank you to everyone who has ever stepped foot in our place, shown up at a Zoom event, worked with one of our exceptional practitioners/teachers/professionals, or read our newsletters. It is because of you and each other that we exist. And for many of us, it is our greatest honor to be of service.
We came together from ALL walks of life to build bridges, pathways, and new maps for the world to follow. We believe we can, will, and do create magnificent futures together through dignity, respect, compassion, forgiveness, responsibility, and grace.
We hope you join us at our October and November Mixers as we celebrate and share our gratitude and love. Thank you for your continued love and support. Here’s to an incredible new year with greater joy beyond our wildest imagination.

Thank you to those who came to bless the five sacred stones of the Apuchetta this year at the Pachamama Ceremony. And thank you so much for your artistic expression placed upon the stones that were set at the sacred site. A big hug of blessings to those of you who went into the shadows for a late night golf cart ride to see the sacred hoop that glows, and to the one who went in search for “the book.” Much Gratitude and Love to you All.

I want to thank all of you who came out for the Fall Equinox Ceremony. As the ceremony shape shifted into a sacred moment where time was extended beyond what was expected you All held the day with such reverence and grace. The laughter, and stories, friendships and guidance for one another was truly a ripple of love that expanded out to our Planet. As you all kept the heart of the drum beating, the continued resonance of patience, support, respect and honor held the foundation of the ceremony. MALA CLASS. Saturday, October 19, 9 AM – 11 AM. A mala is a string of beads traditionally used to count mantras (prayers) while meditating. Malas can also be worn as a necklace or bracelet. This class will incorporate wooden beads, charms, base metal spacer beads and will be strung on elastic. This is a great beginner class for stringing beads and tying simple knots. Winter Solstice Ceremonies-Creating Prayer Medallions and Honoring the Dragons. Friday, December 20th and Saturday, December 21st from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM. We will be gathering together in ceremony to celebrate the longest day of Shadow. This year we will be creating leather prayer medallions, filling them with sacred items, placing in our prayers and sealing them closed. The sacred dragons will rest within the medicine wheel that will sit before us as we offer their stories of wisdom and great power. We will also share in the “washing of the hands blessing”.
