How Frequency Works
The way frequency works is that the outer world matches what your inner world tells it. When you want something, the frequency the outer world feels is lack. When you assume something is already available and wait for it to arrive, the outer world will manifest it naturally. The object is to bring the inner frequency into consciousness so that you can be aware of how it is manifesting your outer world and you can intentionally co-create your reality. In order to co-create your reality with source, all that is, you need to assume, or trust, that what you desire will be available to you at the correct time.
Cause and Effect
Here is an analogy to help us understand how our reality works. We all know about cause and effect and how those two energies loop. Our inner world is the “cause,” and the outer world is the “effect.” When we see something happening (the “effect”) in the outer world, we need to be able to shift with ease into our inner world (the “cause”) and shift the frequency of the place that created the effect in the outer world that we no longer desire.
Shadow Work
We do this by first doing shadow work. What is shadow work?
When we are working on ourselves and trying to find out what our subconscious challenges are (our “cause”), we are not trying to find out what we are doing wrong. We are trying to find the place within where our triggers from the outer world (the “effect”) come from. The point of diving into our inner world is to find the place in our subconscious where our programmed response created the cause. This is why we call it shadow work: because it is hiding in the subconscious where we don’t see it.
When we go into the subconscious, or look at our shadow, people often fear this because they do not want to relive pain. They do not want to see where maybe they made a bad choice or where they feel they made an error. We need to go within not to relive and experience the past pain, trauma, or choice we made, but to instead identify the “cause” of the experience so we can pinpoint where that cause, within us, affects the world outside us and change that cause’s frequency.
Pathways Inward
One traditional pathway inward is meditation by sitting in silence. This is great for releasing the day and letting go of the energy of others you interacted with throughout your day. You can quiet your mind and release. Going deep within to listen to the subconscious is key to doing the inner work. It can be done through hypnosis or deep guided meditation, amongst other techniques.
Bringing Meditation Into Your Day
In order to move through daily life and shift frequency so you can break the cause and effect loop, you need to learn mindfulness meditation and apply it to your physical day. Then you need to bring meditation into your day, and I refer to this as walking meditation or mindfulness. This is when you move about your day aware of your response to the surroundings of the world and others. It may not always be easy when triggered by the outer effect world, so you need to incorporate activities that you do that are a form of meditation.
A few ways to gradually incorporate walking meditation into your life: Walk in nature. Literally walk, allowing the world and chaos in your mind to fall away while you take in the free, fresh feeling of the nature around you. Some people hike, others just walk. Sometimes you can incorporate high vibe content that helps you self reflect; other times you can just be in silence and hear the thoughts that rise and fall in your mind. This way you are able to recognize what is your programming or other people’s words imposed on you and mindfully choose what to believe.
Get into creation flow. Other ways you can do this exact process include anything where you are in creation flow, when you are focused on a process that comes natural to you and your thoughts and the energy of others are not interfering. When you actively incorporate these types of activities that bring you peace and joy, you are able to bring mindful walking meditation into your everyday life.
You Know What Is Yours
You have now trained your mind to hear your thoughts, and you know what is yours and what is not. When something in the outside world triggers you, you do not have to respond. You already are at the frequency to know that it is not yours, and you can respond accordingly.
Just knowing that your inner world is the cause and your outer world is the effect can begin your journey on how to tap in, become aware, and acknowledge or identify that which no longer serves you. Let it go, or heal it by sending love and acceptance of it as the past and no longer part of this stage of life. You can now see how it affects and changes your outer world.
