Intuitive Counselor (Clairvoyant)
This will introduce Lana Ante, who has had psychic abilities since she was a child. Lana was born in the mountains of Wyoming, and grew up in the High Sierra mountains of California and Nevada. She has a great love of the outdoors. Many of Lana's first intuitive experiences were as a child, alone in the deep forests of Lake Tahoe. Lana used to hike up into a little valley and become very quiet, sitting at the base of a big pine or redwood tree, and wait for the animals to come into the valley to drink or feed. As a youngster, perhaps 10 years old, she would go into a meditative state, and upon opening her eyes, would gaze out on the meadow, and there would be deer, rabbits the occasional raccoon, or skunk. It was as if they appeared by magic. Some would say she was practicing a skill known as "calling." In days gone by, among tribal peoples, being able to "call in" the game animals the tribe used for food, was a very useful skill.
Today, Lana's main focus is learning and teaching the concept of
unconditional love and forgiveness. When she experienced a face to face meeting with the being known on this life plane as Jesus the Christ, during a waking dream, she finally was able to experience the feeling of "unconditional love." He came to her looking like a painting of Christ that hung on her wall as a child. A rough linen fabric with the impression of his face on it, as though it were the Shroud of Turin. The eyes were dark hollows, and seemed to follow you wherever you went in the room. The feeling looking into his eyes gave her during this encounter, felt like her whole life was an open book. Everything she had done, thought about doing, felt about herself and others, was observed by this dream persona of Christ. She felt stripped naked, and feelings of unworthiness washed over her, and she turned her face away from Him. He reached over and gently turned her chin so that she was looking into His eyes again, and said to her, "Why are you doing this to yourself?" She said, "I feel so unworthy of your love. Some of the things I've done in my life, the people I've hurt, make me feel so unworthy." He said, "You are absolutely worthy. There isn't anything you could do that could make me not love you. The experiences you have chosen, allow you to use the gifts We have given you to help others."
Those "gifts" He spoke about, up until that point, had felt more like curses than gifts to Lana, but from that moment on, she had an understanding of why she was "touched" by the divine. She had to conquer her own life's challenges in order to be able to have "walked a mile in another's footsteps," when she was working with the ones the Creator guided to her. How she works with people that come to her, is by attempting to stay in that place of unconditional love and to teach how that precious space in time and space can be attained in this lifetime. It is a constant challenge to stay in that place, as life continues to present situation after situation that will test us. Life is a work in progress, and we are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but "spiritual beings" having a "human" experience.
Lana's formal education is in Social Work, with a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University. She is certified by the SPAN Program, through SDSU, with certification in Human Services. She has all of the classes for Alcohol & Drug treatment, as well as related family issues, as well as the Intervention process. She elected not to become a certified Drug and Alcohol counselor, as by that time, she had decided to use her gift and education in a different way. She is ordained in two Metaphysical churches, Freedom Quest Church, part of the Light of Understanding, in California, and Sanctuary of the Beloved, located in upstate New York, with ordainment at Bell Rock in the Sedona, AZ area. She has been using her intuitive gift to help people for more than 40 years, and feels blessed to have been able to have been a part of every life she has touched in some way.
In Conversations With God, Book One, by Neale Donald Walsch, there is a statement: "What would love do now?" Lana believes that no matter what the situation is, when one is trying to figure out a way to respond, that is the question that needs to be asked. "What would love do now?" Because no other answer is relevant if you are attempting to practice unconditional love in your life.
